Most producers in this region use traditional cultivation methods without chemical fertilizers or pesticides. While most Ethiopian coffees are traditionally natural-processed coffees, . Recent trade reforms now allow farmers to export directly, improving traceability and ensuring fairer compensation for their high-quality beans.

In the Cup

As we brew this coffee, the peachy aroma is overwhelmingly present. On the first sip, when the coffee is hot, we taste a wonderful nectarine sweetness and acidity - both sweet-tart and delicate. As it cools, we get more of the chocolatey sweetness with a sweet tea finish. The lingering flavor on the palate is reminiscent of chamomile tea and honey. Overall, this is a beautiful and complex cup of coffee, both sweet and approachable.
