Why this blend?
We’re bringing this blend back again after it’s popularity last summer! While embarking on our roasting adventure, we’ve been wanting to create a coffee blend that reminds us of our time in Puerto Rico. This blend brings flavors of sweet papaya, strawberry cream, and fudgy chocolate with a hyper-sweetness that is sure to transport you to the sunny shores of the Caribbean Islands. We thought it was the perfect fit for the summer weather.
We’ve loved this coffee for both pour over and espresso! With the espresso extraction highlighting the strawberry acidity, fudgy sweetness, and creamy mouthfeel. We’ve found that when we brew it on drip, it surprises us with more bright tropical fruit notes like mango and papaya and a sweet chocolate mousse mouthfeel as it cools down. No matter how you brew it, it’s sure to give you some tropical vibes.
