Return Policy

If your order arrives and it’s not right, please contact us right away (within 24 hours of receipt) at contact@diversocoffee.com with a picture of what you received and your order number. We will happily replace it with your correct order.

Unfortunately, perishable items (such as coffee beans) cannot be returned.

If you purchased our coffee or merchandise through a retailer, please check that retailer's return policy. Most retailers honor returns and exchanges.

DAMAGES, ISSUES, AND CANCELLATIONS

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the product is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can correct this for you.

We are not liable for orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error. To prevent such occurrences, please review your shipping information prior to completing your purchase and/or verify the accuracy of your address details in your order confirmation email. Any address corrections made after a purchase is finalized must be completed before the next business day.
